Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. It can also make us feel happier. There are many different exercises we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. Avoid junk food and drink lots water if you want to lose weight.
